Sheryl's flowers

Sunshine Bay Artist Sheryl Miller began with oils as her original interest but as with all true artists, she experimented with other mediums. Sheryl studied and taught Porcelain Art for a few years and later completed a three year diploma course in Ceramics (Pottery) at Gymea TAFE. She is best known for her Transparent Watercolour paintings which capture the beauty of flowers. Recently she has developed a fascination for the unpredictability of Ink/Acrylic/Mixed Media painting beautiful bush scenes. She participates in regular group exhibitions and has had solo Exhibitions at Monet's, Bungendore Fine Arts & Narooma as part of the ESC SPUR initiative. Sheryl was guest Artist at the Charity Outdoor Art show in Canberra in 2015. She attributes her talent, inspiration & love of nature to her mother & grandmother, both Artists. Sheryl is a long time member of Batemans Batemans Bay Art Society & Queanbeyan Art Society. She has a continuous showing of her work at Wattlebark Gallery, Mogo of which she was a founding member. website:
